Originally from New York City, Vicky relocated to Orlando, Florida, more than twenty-eight years ago, seeking a vibrant community for her family and new opportunities in an industry she loved. Surrounded by Florida’s many cruise ports, her passion for travel, especially cruise vacations and all-inclusive resorts, naturally grew into something much more.

With over twenty years of professional experience in IT Asset Management, most of them with Lockheed Martin, Vicky brings exceptional organization, precision, and a commitment to excellence to her work as a travel advisor. Her background in planning and logistics, combined with her lifelong enthusiasm for travel, allows her to craft personalized, worry-free vacations for clients who want every detail handled with care.

She believes every journey should be as unique as the traveler behind it, designed around their goals, interests, and budget. Whether it’s a relaxing beach escape, a milestone celebration, or a cruise aboard one of her favorite lines (Norwegian, Disney, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, MSC, Carnival, or Margaritaville), Vicky’s focus is always on creating memorable experiences and lasting connections.

Vicky is committed to providing honest advice, timely support, and creative solutions for any travel challenge. Her goal is to make every journey worry-free, allowing clients to relax and focus on creating lasting memories. She understands the little struggles travelers face, like overpacking, which she admits she’s guilty of herself, and believes it’s always better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Her favorite quote, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” always inspires her, though she likes to joke that in her case, that first step usually involves more than one suitcase.

Vicky works closely with her sister and fellow Goulds Travel Advisor, Evelyn Matos. Together, the two are affectionately known as the #TravelingSisters, combining their shared expertise, research, and love for adventure to help clients plan unforgettable getaways filled with fun and ease.
